It was always my dream to own horse as a equine partner, that on the one hand has more power than 10 horses, and on the other hand would go through fire for me.

When I met Mágico (born in 2016, Glacial x Zumba) in his herd for the first time I knew that this tall Palomino will be my horse. Within the first weeks of my practicum at La Perla I spent all my days off with him in the field and waited for a sign that proved me wrong.
One day we visited the herd again. When we left the huge pasture, Mágico was the only one following me and I knew, I will not leave Spain without him. This three year old, green and wild stallion, I couldn’t ride, lead or even groom him, conquered my heart. From that moment on I learned and experienced everything together with him. Under the guidance of Leonie we taught Mágico the basics of how to get led, haltered, groomed and lunged. She was not only a great trainer and teacher, but she also gave me mental support.

Finally in Germany we worked a lot from the ground and in liberty. I even was able to start him under saddle on my own. Until now I worked everything out on my own, together with Mágico of course. I got to know my dream horse better every day, although I never ever imagined training my own “wild” horse. But exactly his wild and pure spirit is what I love the most. I am so thankful to have this special horse on my side.
